I am a regular Joe American wanting less government in my life and the lives of others.

Less government, on all the issues. Government doesn't know how to make better decisions for your life and family than you do!All of your rights, all of the time.Get government out of [insert issue here]!
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Lower taxes and lower wasteful spending.
What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
Elected officials should vote on bills by keeping in mind they don't know how to make decisions for other people's lives than they do.
What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?
Adhere to the Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution.
What legacy would you like to leave?
Less violence by government.
What do you believe is the ideal relationship between the governor and state legislature?
Governor and State Legislature are a check on one another's powers.
What do you perceive to be your state's greatest challenges over the next decade?
Flooding/insurance.
