I am Jeff Yuna, a proud 6th generation Texan running for office to serve the people of Texas. I am a conservative committed to securing our borders, protecting our freedoms, reducing government overreach, and putting Texas families first.

Secure Borders and America First Policies

As a 6th-generation Texan, I will fight to secure our borders, stop illegal immigration, end taxpayer funded entitlements and benefits for illegal aliens, and advance an America First agenda that protects our sovereignty, promotes domestic prosperity, and preserves our cultural heritage. I will work to eliminate wasteful foreign and domestic grants that squander hard-earned taxpayer dollars with no economic benefit or accountability. Texas values come first. No more open borders or federal overreach and no more free handouts to foreign interest.Advancing the Trump America First Agenda

As a strong supporter of President Trump’s proven America First vision, I will fight to codify his key executive orders into permanent law. Orders that are securing our borders, achieving energy independence, and strengthening national security. I will also push his pro-growth economic policies: cutting taxes, slashing burdensome regulations, unleashing American energy production, and bringing jobs and prosperity back to Texas families. As a small business owner, I know the pain of inflation, high property taxes, and burdensome regulations. I will work to eliminate property taxes on homesteads with my 28th Amendment to ban property taxes on homesteads. I will reform subsidies with accountability, particularly with regards to health insurance. I am dedicated to cut wasteful spending, and support policies that grow the economy and protect the middle class.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am passionate about three key areas:

Secure Borders & America First – Stop illegal immigration, end taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal aliens, and eliminate wasteful foreign/domestic grants with no accountability.

Reduce Government Overreach & Protect Freedoms – Defend religious liberty and Second Amendment rights; break up government-created healthcare monopolies (insurance giants and hospital consolidations) that inflate costs; and oppose all vaccine mandates to preserve personal medical freedom.

Pro-Growth Economics for Families – Eliminate property taxes on homesteads, reform subsidies with accountability, cut wasteful spending, and unleash American energy to lower costs and create jobs for the middle class.

What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?

I have not sought any political endorsements from organizations, PACs, or individuals. My campaign is proudly independent and focused solely on serving the people of Texas Congressional District 38. I refuse to be beholden to special interests, lobbyists, or party establishments. My only allegiance is to the constituents of TX-38. I answer to the hardworking Texas families who deserve a representative accountable directly to them, not to outside influences. When elected, I will answer to the voters of the District, and no one else.

My top priority is immigration and securing America's borders and putting Americans first,. I strongly support completing the border wall, deporting all illegal aliens, and immediately eliminating any federal entitlements, benefits, or grants provided to those who entered our country illegally.

This commonsense approach will protect American jobs, reduce strain on schools and hospitals, enhance public safety, and ensure taxpayer dollars serve legal residents and citizens. No amnesty, no rewards for breaking our laws: only enforcement and fairness.

As your representative, I'll fight every day to restore sovereignty, stop illegal immigration, and defend the rule of law.I will fight to eliminate property taxes on primary homesteads—the homes where Texas families live and raise their children. Homeownership should not mean renting your property from the government through endless taxes.

As this issue gains momentum nationwide, now is the time for bold action: I support amending the U.S. Constitution to permanently ban property taxes on homesteads, giving true ownership and financial security back to citizens.

This relief will keep more money in your pocket, protect seniors on fixed incomes, and make housing more affordable. No more fear of losing your home because taxes keep rising. I'll champion this in Congress to deliver real taxpayer freedom.Third key message: The economy and runaway inflation are crushing American families. President Trump's policies have already started taming inflation and driving recovery, but our $38 trillion national debt remains a ticking time bomb that will fuel future inflation if left unchecked.

I'll fight to eliminate billions in fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal government, slash unnecessary spending, and champion commonsense legislation to strengthen the shrinking middle class. It's time to turn this elite-focused "K-shaped" recovery into a true American recovery where hardworking families thrive again.

Property Taxes: Eliminate property taxes on homesteads via constitutional amendment. End the idea of "renting" your home from government—deliver true ownership, relief for families and seniors.

Economy & Debt: Cut fraud, waste, and bloated spending to fight inflation and our $38T debt. Pass commonsense policies to rebuild the middle class and create real prosperity with less government interference.
