In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I have been practicing for over 30 years with the right education, background and experience for the job. I have a large number of endorsements from elected officials throughout the 5th District as you can see below. The 5th District has fifteen counties, and I have been to all of them and have supporters in each of them. I know how to work hard and will work hard for all of the citizens in the 5th District. Having a brown belt in Taekwondo working on a red belt, I know how to take a punch and how to fight for those before the court. I ask for your vote on May 5th..

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

I am the only Candidate in this race who served in the military, and I am a member of the American Legion. It was an honor to serve this great nation.I am Licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I have argued one step below the US Supreme Court. I have a lot of experience dealing with appeals.I am a Constitutional Conservative and believe that courts should interpret the laws and not make the laws. I was elected twice to Johnstown, Ohio Village Council where I passed ordinances, adopted an annual budget, and appointed citizens to boards and committees.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Making sure that citizens have access to the Court System. I believe that the courts should be accessible.
