In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
A 30 year retired Military Officer who is back home and wanting to be a true representative to the citizens of GA House District 151. I will be accessible to all constituents and will fight for what is right. Transparency is a must in today’s world and I pledge to be as transparent as I can be on matters affecting my constituents and the citizens of Georgia as a whole. District 151 and rural GA have been forgotten to political parties and overshadowed by what Atlanta wants not necessarily what we in District 151 need.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
I’m honest, available, and hardworking. 30 years serving our country in the US Air Force taught me that people matter more than organizations and their functions. To quote a USAF saying, “People First, Mission Always!”I’ll work for real affordability in GA that pays out monthly not just in April. Tax swaps don't really help put more money in the bank. We need solutions that help cut expenses and promote job growth and increased wages. We need to continue to focus on education in District 151. We need to update the Quality Basic Education formula from its current 1980’s model to a 2026 formula.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Economic development, defense, education.
