What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
An elected official must be able to look their constituents in the eye and say, ‘I’m going to Washington for you.’ It’s about trust, service, and putting the people’s needs above politics.
What legacy would you like to leave?
I want to be remembered not just for the things I accomplished, but for who I was as a person — someone who treated everyone with respect and dignity, no matter their background or beliefs. My hope is to leave a legacy of genuine love and fairness, showing that true leadership means standing up for all Kentuckians equally and with compassion.
