Elected Director for the Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District serving third four-year term and elected to first four-year term on the Santa Ynez Community Services District. Am a Small Business Owner that manages a real estate portfolio. Experienced engineering executive with past employers Northrop Grumman, Boeing and Raytheon. I am passionate to serve CA and use my role on the highest Tax Board to save Prop 13 and lower taxes for all Californians.
