Background

Greg Lay received a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1987 and a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990.[1] His career experience includes serving as a circuit court judge for Kentucky's 27th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Knox and Laurel counties.[2] He has also served as an assistant commonwealth's attorney, as well as an attorney for Hamm, Milby and Ridings.[3]
