As a dedicated Filipina-Latin American mother, wife, and small-business owner, I bring a unique, hands-on perspective to the table. With a background as a Family Nurse Practitioner and healthcare executive, I'm committed to strengthening our community through fiscal responsibility, public safety, healthcare reform, and educational freedom.

America is a vibrant mosaic of cultures and backgrounds. It is a true privilege to call this nation home, to share a common language, and to cast our votes for leaders dedicated to serving our community.For nearly three decades, I have been honored to serve the families of CD44 not just in words, but with action. I don't just talk about the challenges our community faces — I live them right alongside you. I'm running to give back to this great nation that has shaped our lives.I'm not a politician, but I am a believer in the American Dream — a dream that feels increasingly out of reach for our children, our future generation.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Economic Affordability. Public Safety, Healthcare Reform, Immigration Reform

Angel graduated from high school at St. Theresa's College in 1988. Angel earned a bachelor's of science degree in nursing from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in 1992. Angel also earned a Masters in Buisness Administration from AIU Los Angeles in 2007, and a Masters in Nursing degree in 2025.

Angel has affiliations with the CA BON, AZ BON and the CMC.

An advocate for healthcare reform, immigration reform, affordability of housing, strengthening institutions and the nuclear unit of society, religious freedom, deregulation for small-businesses, reducing inflation and stopping the tax hikes.

The United State is a beautiful mosaic of many races and ethnicities. We are fortunate to have the opportunity to join this great nation, communicate through a common language, and be able to exercise the privilege to vote for leaders who prioritizes our best interest.For nearly 30 years I have served the families and communities of this district (CD44). I just don't talk about the issues - I live them. This country has given me and my family a lot, and I intend to give back to this great country via public service.I am not a politician. I believed in the American Dream which is now non-existent for our children and future generations. I don't think of politics, instead, I think about and plan on making the communities better.
