Gayle L. Manning

Gayle Manning lives in North Ridgeville, Ohio. Manning earned her B.S. in education from Kent State University in 1972 and her M.S. in reading teacher education from the University of Akron in 1976. Her career experience includes working as an elementary school teacher in the North Olmsted City Schools for 37 years. Manning served as a member of the North Ridgeville Planning Commission and on the North Ridgeville City Council, where she was appointed finance chairwoman and council president pro tempore.[1][2]
