Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

My mother was born and raised in the Soviet Union and was thrown in a concentration camp by the Nazis; my father was 10th of 10 children raised in Dustbowl, Oklahoma during the Great Depression, and drew a pension from the Baker’s Union. I was born at Emanuel Hospital in Portland, and went to David Douglas schools, graduating at Oregon State University in chemical engineering. I have an MBA from Pepperdine University, and have attended law school, as well as having attained bachelor degrees in mathematics and physics. I had a career in oil refining (Anacortes, WA and Los Angeles), worked for over 4 years in Saudi Arabia, technical sales (Houston), and Gas Measurement Engineer/Director for a local utility. My career as an engineer was terminated when I whistleblew on my company, and the corrupt state government turned its back on me. I was convicted (subsequently expunged) of a Class A felony (Manufacture and Distribution of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)) while I was working as an engineer for Aramco in Saudi Arabia. My family was victimized by the Clackamas Town Center gunman. I am, regrettably, divorced, with two kids.

Numerous campaigns for political office

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Keep us out of World War III. Stop the warmongering. Bring ALL of our troops home. Minimize our standing army because it is not needed except to engage in foreign wars. Defend North America only, lending our military to allies under attack, only. Weapons sales should be determined by stockholders of weapons manufacturers. Break diplomatic relations with any country that does not have a democratically elected government. Withdraw from the UN until all member governments are democratically elected. Close all embassies (they’re obsolete), suspend all foreign aid (we’re bankrupt).Reform our government: 12-year federal term limits; reduce government 10%/year until deficit is eliminated; convert Social Security Trust Fund to sovereign wealth fund; convert government pensions to 401-K; no pensions for politicians; fire all directors, managers, and supervisors within the FBI, CIA, and State Department. Start eliminating departments where government has no business being there.Establishment of a universal transaction tax with a constant rate (TBD) of taxation on anything and everything (goods, services, capital gains, groceries, utilities, charity, inheritance, etc.) and eliminating all other federal taxation, coupled with universal basic income for everyone. Then, cut entitlement programs and the bureaucrats that run them -- balancing the budget.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Privatize US citizenship as a property right of the individual, letting US citizens sell their citizenship. Government could sell or subsidize citizenships, also. Certain nationalities, ethnicities, religions, etc. could be subsidized by the government. Corporations could purchase citizenships for their needed workers. The homeless could sell their citizenship and live like a king elsewhere. Eliminate all other forms of immigration (close the border).

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

Rand Paul and Thomas Massey. They are fighting the evil which exists in our government.

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

The Technical Details of Happiness

by

Gary Lyndon Dye

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

An elected official must be true to his word, and fight for the principles of freedom and democracy above all else. Don't be corrupt.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

I believe my positions are coincidentally populist, with innovative solutions to our problems, and I would serve my constituents well, getting them what they want rather than what politicians and bureaucrats want. Individuals are now at war with our government, and I intend to fight and win that war.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

I have the responsibility of fighting the totalitarianism that is destroying our individual freedoms and democracy. All forms of racism and sexism must be eliminated from our government. We must reverse the trend toward a police state and warmongering. We must restore liberty.

What legacy would you like to leave?

I would like to be known as the person who helped limit our government and maximize our freedoms.

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

President Kennedy's assassination by the CIA. I wasn't quite 5 years old.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

Summer job working in a recycling center.

What is your favorite book? Why?

The Fountainhead. Changed my life by not discounting myself.

If you could be any fictional character, who would you want to be?

Howard Rourke

What was the last song that got stuck in your head?

Freebird

What is something that has been a struggle in your life?

Dealing with people that cheat, or do bad things on the orders of their superiors.

What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?

It is supposed to be the will of the people it represents, but seldom does so. It now represents government interests, which are separate from the people.

Do you believe that it's beneficial for representatives to have previous experience in government or politics?

We need to rid ourselves of career politicians. Their experience in guiding our government to its terrible state is enough to warrant their exclusion.

What do you perceive to be the United States' greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?

We must destroy totalitarianism that is trying to take over our government and the world.

Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?

yes

What are your thoughts on term limits?

12-year limits for Congress and Senators

Is there a particular representative, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?

Ron Paul

Both sitting representatives and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?

The stories of my mother and father. My story of whistleblowing on my company and having my career terminated because of it.

Tell us your favorite joke.

Too dirty to list here

Do you believe that compromise is necessary or desirable for policymaking?

You should not compromise with totalitarians. I will not compromise my principles -- just say no.

The Constitution says that all bills for raising revenue must originate in the House. What role would this power play in your priorities if elected?

I would seek to incorporate a universal transaction tax, reducing the rate as government is cut.

How should the U.S. House use its investigative powers?

It should always respect privacy, due process, search warrants, and the rule of law. Transparency is tantamount.

What organizations or individuals have endorsed your campaign?

Nobody is going to endorse a libertarian -- we don't take bribes or sell out.

What committees interest you?

Finance, Intelligence

What are your views on financial transparency and government accountability?

We need to outlaw insider trading by Congress. We need to ban lobbying by former congressmen. We need to balance the balance, and quit printing money with reckless abandon.

B. Mother was thrown into a Nazi concentration camp for collaborating with the enemy. Reunited with her mother 40 years later.

C. Father is one of the last surviving witnesses to Black Sunday of the Depression-era Dust Bowl. He was the 10th of 10 kids, and would caddy two golf bags at a time for tips. When he was 11, his skull was crushed, and eye put out, by a backswing when he was trying to utilize the ball washer. His father advised him to drop out of high school and work, because any further education was of no value. He became a union man in a large commercial bakery,

Imagine what it's like to have a few billion dollars in the bank. Luxuries beyond imagination, with servants to take care of any mundane task. Your wealth is big enough that you can pay someone to manage it, and it doesn't take a genius to park it somewhere in the stock market so that it grows and grows and grows. And you can have a house and penthouse in the city, a place in the mountains, a place on the ocean, etc. A personal assistant that takes care of all the hired hands and scheduling any anything else you might ask. You do what you want, when you want. And this goes for your children and their children, and on to eternity. You have it made. This is as clWho is it that is greater than you? Who is morally superior? Who is all wise? Who is most kind and benevolent? Who has existed since the beginning of time, and be here forever? Who is above the law? Who are you to trust, and to believe? Who blesses you with His Providence? Who will punish you with His wrath? Who are you to worship? Who demands your obedience? Who is supremely jealous? Who are you to trust with your children? Who will you trust with your life? Who claims to have created everything, and who is it that can destroy everything? Who promises you Heaven if you only believe in Him? Who commands your Faith? You know His name - The Government. The Government is all of the above. The Government demands to be your god, and the GoverMMT, Modern Monetary Theory, is better named MHT - Modern Hoodwinking Theory. It goes something like this: 1. Homo Sapiens becomes sufficiently intelligent and complex such that individual species members become specialists in the goods and services they produce. 2. With the above, individuals trade their surplus goods or services for the surpluses of goods or services of other individuals. Institutionalized, this becomes a bartering economy. 3. One of those goods becomes a "natural" currency because it is valuable, durable, identifiable, relatively scarce, and easily traded. Precious metals become the best natural currency, and soon crowds out all the other natural currencies. It is adopted by convention. It becomes universally recogni

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I want to prevent our economy from collapsing from insurmountable debt and the rampant printing of money, but of which will contribute to hyperinflation and the inability of the government to provide stimulus to get us out of a Great, Great Depression. Totalitarians will take over after this, and with the help of tech moguls, our democracy will be finished. We will be forever be under s surveillance state, 1984 will have arrived, albeit 50 years late.

Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?

I signed up for promoting Libertarianism so as to help maximize the happiness of myself and humanity. (Under Libertarianism, these are not mutually exclusive objectives.) Thus, Libertarianism is the means, not the ends. To get to the ends, we have to apply libertarianism in a stepwise fashion so as not to cause too much pain such that we cause a revolt and our movement is derailed. With this, we can't apply pure libertarian ideals to our current non-libertarian world. That means we must first get our nation to become libertarian, and from there, get the whole world to become libertarian, which would then include those people outside our current borders. But for now, the LPO and the LNC can and should only be promoting libertarianism inside our jurisdiction, for the benefit of the people inside our jurisdiction. Ultimately, the jurisdiction will expand to the whole world.

We should always be able to describe our libertarian Utopia, and strive to reach that Utopia, but not necessarily advocating for the immediate adoption of any libertarian ideal. To get to the Promised Land, we need to get non-libertarians on board, and we'll only be able to do that if they are convinced that our plan to get to the libertarian Utopia is plausible and acceptable. What I believe that won't be acceptable is to say that, if Libertarians get elected into office and are able to take over the government, we will completely tear down and obliterate the existing government the very first day. That transition plan would cause such a disruption and pain to people and organizations that have become dependent on the pre-existing government that we will have sabotaged our stated goal of maximizing the happiness of society without sacrificing any individual's happiness. This kind of plan will not be accepted by current non-libertarians. Only a smart transitional plan will get non-libertarians to become libertarians, and that will be the only way of accomplishing our goal of establishing Libertaria

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

Hollywood makes all these disaster movies where humanity is being imperiled by some kind of comet, or tornado, or earthquake, or evil superhero, or plague, or giant monster, or evil spirit, or aliens, or robots, or nuclear attack, or... I could go on and on. But why hasn't Hollywood made a movie about what really imperils us - an economic catastrophe brought on by the destruction of the dollar that can emanate only from a recklessly over-spending government? And here's another thought: You know that scene in every one of these disaster movies when the little girl prays to God for help in averting this impending disaster? What would the little girl pray for God to do to avert the totalitarianistic world we would be living in after such an economic catastrophe were to occur? Chew on that one for awhile.

BTW, I hope you read my book before the movie comes out...

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

The worst act of statism I can think of is when the government has conditioned society to the extent that nothing is said when patriotic soldiers - volunteering to risk their lives for the defense of their country and countrymen - are instead told to put their lives at risk by being policemen in the middle of a foreign civil war. The state betraying the soldier, and the soldier being betrayed by the state, while we all sit and watch, and mourn them at their funerals.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

The problem is, based on the number of people and amount of money involved, our government is even more corrupt than Russia and Ukraine combined. And if you don't think that's true, watch how the Hunter Biden affair (and a few other Bidens' affairs) fades from public discussion as Joe Biden's presidential campaign disintegrates. Do you think Joe Biden is the only politician collecting a wealth of bribes in this way? Been looking for a media or governmental inquiry that would investigate if other politician's family members are sitting on the Board of Directors of other foreign, or even domestic, companies? Is the reason for no government or media inquiry the oft-repeated assertion that ignorant, useless family members sitting on Boards is not an example of wrongdoing, so no inquiry is even necessary, much less performed?

And please keep in mind, if you've always been part of the swamp, but you've always wanted to rule the swamp, you're never going to drain the swamp (except for those swampdwellers that object to your rule). Want proof? Has even a fraction of an inch of the swamp been drained yet?

But don't worry - as long as you get him re-elected, that's when he'll really start draining the swamp - you'll see!

Yeah, right.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

Here's a little help for my Democratic Party friends: You want to remove Trump from office in the 2020 election? All you have to do is show how Trump has used his office for personal gain at the great expense of the country. No, I'm not talking about Ukraine and the investigation of Biden, but the fact that he's stimulating the economy to the tune of $1 trillion per year via running that high of a budget deficit. And he's harassing the Fed to keep interest rates artificially low. You're not supposed to do this when your current economy is superficially healthy. But he's doing it now so that the economy looks good during the election, and the voters will reward him for that. Every political pundit has stated that the public votes heavily based on the strength of the economy, and Trump knows that. But all this deficit spending and national debt has reached a dangerous level that could cause our currency and then economy to collapse with a hyperinflation event. He's risking a collapse of our economy so that he has a better chance of getting re-elected. Shouldn't this warrant an impeachment?

Get your Presidential candidates to talk about the deficit and national debt, and how we are currently experiencing a false economy. It should be the number one issue in the debates, but it is never talked about. It's Trump's Achilles's Heal, and it's the one issue that could bring him down. But this has to be explained to the American people, and the debates is where this can be done. Get your media to join in. This issue will stick with the American public, much more so than Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, and all of the other freebies you're promising.

Become the responsible candidate by promising fiscal conservatism. And do it now before it's too late.

What legacy would you like to leave?

Just wanted to let you know that I lived and worked in a bonafide totalitarian state for over four years. The totalitarianism in Saudi Arabia is run by the rampantly polygamist "Royal" Family (the Saudis) now numbering in the thousands upon thousands. Trust me, you don't want your country to go there. But we are, with the help of the totalitarian wings of the Democratic and Republican parties, building a government that has as its top priority the preservation of the super-rich as the ruling elite. There is no barrier to entry into the ruling elite, but the all-encompassing mission statement of the ruling elite is that nobody currently in the club will ever have to leave - living the good life (being able to experience all the world has to offer without the slightest financial worry) for you and your family and your descendants is such an incredible thing that it cannot be allowed to end. And if there's anything they can do that will preserve that lifestyle, they will. Even if you or your family or your friends must be sacrificed.

And if you think that the ruling elite can't pull off a permanent totalitarian state with you and your kind as slaves, think again: With today's ubiquitous webcams and internet and face-recognition technology and artificial intelligence and the internet of things and crunching of mega-data, coupled with our modern voluntary addiction to all things social media, super-billionaire tech moguls are already cooperating in censoring voices that are in opposition to the ruling elite. They do this to appease the politicians who might threaten to take a good part of their wealth and power away from them. Given full permission to extend censorship and pro-government propaganda at will, it wouldn't be long until our country resembles Oceania in the year 1984. And as it foretells in 1984, we will never again be able to escape totalitarianism - anytime or anywhere. It's done - the war between the individual and the collective will have bee

What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?

What I find mindboggling is that the great Chinese civilization has been taken over, by force, and controlled, by force, by a tiny fraction of unelected people, and that the nations of the world - including that great democracy, America - recognizes that gang as the legitimate government of those people.

We need to renounce our recognition of any unelected gang that is posing as a government for any nation, and cease diplomatic relations with that country until free, fair, and democratic elections are held to legitimize the government of that nation. Also, we need to withdraw from the United Nations until every member of that organization has installed a government that has been elected through a free, fair, and democratic election.

For if we feel that it is OK for any country to be taken over by a gang, then it must be OK for a gang to take over our country, right?

It's not OK.

What was your very first job? How long did you have it?

I mean, really, how could you own slaves and not be an asshole? How is that possible? George Washington and Thomas Jefferson treated their slaves really well? For anyone who values freedom and the pursuit of happiness, isn't treating a slave "well" a contradiction? Being an asshole doesn't mean that you can't be a good military general, or write up a good constitution for your government, but maybe it would mean that you don't care about whether your slaves are free or not, or that women are treated equal to men, or that men who don't own property can't vote.

Let's face it - not only was the Constitution a flawed document, but the Founders were flawed men, too. And yet, we've been taught to revere our Founders. And we expect Black people to look up to them in reverence, too. Why? How did the life of a slave change before and after the Revolutionary War? What kind of revolution did THEY experience? Were their shacks improved, or something?

I'm not sure if it's not more White Arrogance than it is White Supremacy, that we force Black Americans to revere the Founders through their indoctrination in public schools, and to not give equal billing and reverence to those that fought for THEIR freedom and equality. And to not expect White kids to have equal reverence for them, too.

Yeah, I don't think those statues should be standing there alone. They give the message that Black lives don't matter. That their freedom and pursuit of happiness didn't matter then, and so maybe it doesn't matter now. But instead of pulling them down, maybe new statues should be erected for those that brought freedom and equality to other people. There's plenty of room on Mt. Rushmore for some more faces. There's plenty of room for more reverence.

Black lives matter, too.

What is your favorite book? Why?

Here is yet another example of how the biased media is feeding propaganda from the global warming fanatics. Note that they take their temperature on the warmest day of the year of the southern hemisphere (summertime), and couple that with the location (Esparanza Base) that is the northernmost tip of a five-hundred-mile-long peninsula off the continent that is completely extended out into the middle of the ocean. (Note that the image of Antarctica shown in the article does not point out where Esparanza Base is, and just barely includes the location at the very bottom of the image.) This location is representative of the temperature of that part of the ocean, and definitely NOT representative of Antarctica. And how far back do the temperature records go at this particular location? Funny, the article doesn't say. Five years maybe?

I guess the person who thought up this latest fraudulent global-warming scheme got a lot of atta-boys from the global-warming propagandists, as you can tell from all the comments submitted - including none other than the great Greta Thornburg herself!

This is why so many people deny the climate-warming narrative. Thier "science" depends on cherry-picking of the data, misleading information, disinformation, and outright lies.

Fake news.

What was the last song that got stuck in your head?

Boy, just think how bad off we'd be if we didn't have the best and brightest of us working in government.

Well, I guess if half of our leaders are Republican, and half are Democrats, we must have only half of our best and brightest running the government.

But wait - I'm Libertarian, so I think none of the best and brightest are leading our government, and hardly any of the best and brightest are working in the government.

If everybody believes that the best and brightest are not running our government, maybe we ought to get government out of everything we can, rather than trying to get government into everything our leaders want.
