Erin C. Lagesen is a judge for Position 12 of the Oregon Court of Appeals. She assumed office on October 17, 2013.

Lagesen won re-election for the Position 12 judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals outright in the primary on May 19, 2026, after the general election was canceled.

Lagesen was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor John Kitzhaber on October 17, 2013, to one of three new seats created by the Oregon State Legislature in 2012.[1][2] Lagesen took the bench on November 12, 2013, and was then elected to the court in 2014 for a term that expired on January 3, 2021.[3][4]
