Price is running for re-election for the District 2 judge of the Washington Court of Appeals Division II. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026. The primary for this office on August 4, 2026, was canceled.

Gov. Jay Inslee (D) appointed Price to the court on September 13, 2021, to replace Lisa L. Sutton.[1]
