Emily Buss (Forward Party) is a member of the Utah State Senate, representing District 11. She assumed office on December 17, 2025. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Buss (Utah Forward Party) is running for re-election to the Utah State Senate to represent District 11. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026. The Utah Forward Party primary for this office on June 23, 2026, was canceled.

Gov. Spencer Cox appointed Buss to the Utah State Senate District 11 on December 12, 2025 to replace Daniel W. Thatcher (F).[1]
