Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I am Elizabeth Jeanty, a longtime South Florida resident, community educator, entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, and media host. Born in the Dominican Republic to Haitian parents, I understand the strength of our diverse communities. For more than 20 years, I have helped families access education, housing, immigration, tax, business, civic, and community resources. I am running for Florida Senate District 34 to bring practical leadership, accountability, and a strong community voice to Tallahassee.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Families should be able to afford to live and succeed in the communities they call home. I will work to address housing costs, rising insurance premiums, economic opportunity, and support for small businesses while promoting responsible use of taxpayer dollars.Every neighborhood deserves safe streets, strong schools, accessible healthcare, reliable infrastructure, and support for seniors and working families. I will listen to residents and pursue practical solutions that improve everyday life throughout District 34.My campaign is rooted in more than 20 years of community service. I believe elected officials must be present, accessible, transparent, and accountable. I will bring the concerns of District 34 directly to Tallahassee and work across differences to deliver results for the people, not political insiders.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I am passionate about making Florida more affordable for working families, expanding access to attainable housing, supporting small businesses, strengthening public education and workforce development, improving public safety, protecting seniors, and making government more transparent and accountable. I also care deeply about healthcare access, reliable infrastructure, flood resilience, and ensuring that every community has a meaningful voice in the decisions affecting its future.
