Elijah Norton received a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Norton founded RED Auto Protection, a vehicle service contract company, in 2011. In 2019, Norton founded Veritas Global Protection Services, a global vehicle insurance company specializing in F&I insurance, property & casualty insurance products, and large-scale commercial reinsurance. As of 2022, Norton lived in Scottsdale, Arizona.[1][2][3]

Elijah Norton is an American businessman and politician. He is currently seeking the Republican nomination for the Arizona State Treasurer.

Elijah grew up in the northern suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he graduated with a degree in political science. During his time in college, at age 21, Elijah started the predecessor to his current group of insurance companies. Eventually, by the time of his running for the office of Arizona Treasurer, Elijah’s group of insurance businesses generate over $500 million in annual revenue, operate in over 30 different countries, and maintain more than $100 million in claims reserves – which Elijah has to invest in insurance-based investment guidelines. His companies specialize in multiple lines of insurance – from automotive dealer F&I insurance, home & auto insurance, and large-scale commercial reinsurance – Elijah’s businesses have proven to be the epitome of an American success story.

Elijah is looking to continue the nearly 60 year legacy of fiscally safe and stable leadership in the Treasurer’s office that Arizona has enjoyed by applying his business and investment background to ensure good but safe returns on investment for the taxpayers of Arizona.

Will bring proven investment and business experience to the office of the Arizona state Treasurer.Will prioritize safety before liquidity, and liquidity before yield.Will make minor tweaks to the investment strategy – rather than dramatic changes – to safely increase returns without putting Arizona’s more than $32 billion in principal at risk.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Sound fiscal policy is the lifeblood of our state. If we make big bets and risky decisions, we could risk putting our state investments at risk. My number one priority is to protect Arizona’s taxpayer money and investments while safely raising returns.

Elijah grew up in the northern suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he achieved a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. During college, Elijah started his first business with $1,000 he had saved up. He worked and grew the business throughout college. In 2015, Elijah opened a second office in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. In 2021, Elijah’s collective group of businesses, including Phoenix-based Veritas Global Protection Services, INC an international Finance and Insurance administrative insurance business generated over $100MM per year in revenue and employed over 100 people.

In July of 2021, Elijah formed a committee to challenge Congressman David Schweikert for Arizona’s 6th Congressional District. In 2020, Schweikert admitted to committing 11 ethics violations, was unanimously reprimanded by the United States House of Representatives and was ordered to pay a $50,000 fine. Norton is looking forward to bringing ethical Conservative leadership back to the Northeast Valley.

Will bring Conservative ethical leadership back to the northeast valley, corrupt career politician should be fired.Will bring actual healthcare insurance solutions to Washington, something Republicans have failed to do for decades.I'm a businessman and political outsider, we need people in Washington that understand how the real world functions. I intend to term-limit myself to eight years, I do not want to get too comfortable in my DC office and fail to do the job I was elected for, much like other career politicians. I will donate my salary to charities in the Northeast Valley and not participate in the Congressional pension program.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I'm a real Conservative. I will fight to secure our border, the illegal immigration crisis must be stopped. I will reduce taxes and bureaucratic red tape and regulations. And I will also be tough on China, one of the biggest ongoing threats the United States faces.
