Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I am a Christian, father, small business owner and America First candidate. I am running to make a difference in my community and in my state. I intend to be the voice of my constituents at the Capitol.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

We need to reduce government spending and lower the tax burden on Minnesotans.Having safe and secure elections shouldn't be a partisan issue. I will work to help secure our election process for all.Our education system in Minnesota is failing, a one size fits all model does not work, we need school choice to bring back accountability. Your tax dollars should follow your child if you decide to remove your children out of the government school system.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

education, elections, taxes and public safety

Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?

The Bible and The Constitution of the United States

What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?

Honesty. Integrity. Standing for the constitution.

What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?

I am principled, I have convictions and I will stand for the people I represent.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

To represent the people and not special interest groups.

Do you believe that it’s beneficial for state legislators to have previous experience in government or politics?

No, we need more citizen representatives like our founding fathers envisioned.

Are you interested in running for a different political office (for example, the U.S. Congress or governor) in the future?

Not at this time.

Should the legislature oversee or grant the use of emergency powers?

No, and I will work to get the NEVER AGAIN BILL passed.

What is the first bill you would introduce if elected?

Not sure yet, but something that stands for liberty.

What committees interest you?

Elections, public safety, education and tax.

What are your views on financial transparency and government accountability?

We lack both in the United States.
