Douglas L. Tookey is a judge for Position 13 of the Oregon Court of Appeals. He assumed office on October 17, 2013.

Tookey won re-election for the Position 13 judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals outright in the primary on May 19, 2026, after the general election was canceled.

Tookey was appointed to the court by Democratic Governor John Kitzhaber on October 17, 2013, to one of three new seats created by the Oregon State Legislature in 2012.[1] He was then elected to the court in 2014 for a term that expired on January 3, 2021.[2][3]
