In their own words

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

I’m Dani Ollenburg— and I’m Running for Iowa House district 60.

Im a lifelong Iowan and I live in Clear Lake, IA. I’m a Wife and a Mother of 3. I am a licensed dental hygienist. Years ago I got involved as a Trump Caucus Captain which led to becoming a GOP super volunteer for republican campaigns. I’ve volunteered from local campaigns to President Trumps re-election campaign and everywhere in between.

I’m running for office because we need strong conservative representation in Des Moines.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Property Taxes: Iowa should be working to eliminate property taxes on homestead properties entirely. Other conservative states are actively working on this. I will start this conversation in Des Moines. We also need to eliminate TIF districts.Anti-Corruption: I've pledged to refuse acceptance of Corporate PAC money. I strongly believe you are not beholden to the people if you accept large sums of money from Corporations. I've additionally pledged to enact Term Limits for Congress.Property Rights: Landowner rights are fundamental to our constitution. No eminent domain for private gain, Period.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Pro-life, pro-school choice, and believes in small government and local control policies.
