Dana Jones

Jones is from Allegany County, Maryland, and spent 22 years working on Democratic political campaigns prior to joining the state legislature.[1] In addition to her campaign work, Jones' professional experience includes working as a legislative aide to U.S. Senator Ben Cardin and as the research director of Emily's List. Jones also served as the Communications Vice President of the Junior League of Annapolis, a women's voluntarism nonprofit, at the time of her appointment. She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Towson University.[3]
