Economic Reform — Opening America to the World (SEC Rule 506 Modernization)
I support modernizing SEC Rule 506 to allow vetted Qualified Foreign Investors (QFIs) to participate in U.S. private offerings under strict national‑security safeguards. Rule 506 is the largest private‑capital exemption in the country, yet it currently limits participation to U.S. accredited investors, excluding sophisticated foreign investors who meet or exceed American financial standards. This restriction reduces available capital for U.S. startups and pushes global investment toward competing markets in Europe and Asia.
My proposal creates a QFI category with enhanced KYC/AML screening, OFAC and CFIUS exclusions, beneficial‑ownership disclosure, and caps on foreign participation to preserve American majority control. Allowing compliant foreign investors could unlock hundreds of billions in new private capital, strengthen innovation, and expand job creation while maintaining full transparency and security oversight. This reform is designed to grow the U.S. economy, protect national interests, and ensure America remains the world’s leading destination for private investment.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Bringing $1 Trillion to American Capital Markets
I support updating SEC Rule 506 to bring up to $1 trillion in vetted foreign capital into U.S. private markets. Today, only U.S. accredited investors can participate, excluding highly sophisticated foreign investors who meet American financial standards. My proposal creates a Qualified Foreign Investor category with strict KYC/AML screening, OFAC and CFIUS safeguards, national‑security exclusions, and capped foreign ownership. This modernization would expand capital access, accelerate innovation, and strengthen American job growth.Healthcare Policy — Matters of the Heart Act
I support the Matters of the Heart Act, which would make preventive heart‑disease treatment free and invest $250 billion to strengthen women’s heart‑health prevention and care. Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for women, and early access to preventive care is essential. This proposal focuses on expanding screening, treatment, and long‑term prevention before conditions become life‑threatening. It is a campaign policy vision that would require legislative development, but its goal is a national shift toward early intervention and better heart‑health outcomes.I support the Mercy Act, a proposal focused on reducing economically driven abortion decisions by expanding practical, financial alternatives for people who choose to carry a pregnancy to term. The Act emphasizes that economic pressure is a major factor in abortion and seeks to make choosing life more attainable. It also proposes issuing death certificates in cases of abortion to acknowledge loss and give those affected an opportunity to grieve. Inspired in part by the Heritage Foundation’s NEST Program, this campaign proposal addresses economic‑driven cases only
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I support a modernized national‑security strategy built on next‑generation military capability, secure borders, and principled American‑led diplomacy. My approach strengthens alliances, restores U.S. credibility, expands veteran support, and counters foreign interference. I propose a new conflict‑prevention architecture — the 100‑Year Peace Accord, Non‑Retaliation Framework, GCAC, and Stay of Retribution — designed to suspend retaliation, require multilateral authorization for offensive force, and use time as deterrence. This doctrine prioritizes diplomacy before deployment, strategic foreign aid, economic statecraft, and renewed leadership in nuclear non‑proliferation and humanitarian action.
What is the most important policy issue none of your competitors are talking about?
I support reforming SEC Rule 506 to unlock $500 billion in new private capital and create an estimated 2 million American jobs by allowing only fully vetted Qualified Foreign Investors (QFIs) to participate in private offerings. The reform establishes strict KYC/AML screening, OFAC clearance, CFIUS notification, and mandatory beneficial‑ownership transparency. Foreign participation would be capped at 25% of any offering to preserve American control. Reciprocity incentives would reward nations that open their markets to U.S. investors. This modernization strengthens national security while expanding capital access for American startups and small businesses.
Currently, there are 27 constitutional amendments. What should a 28th Amendment to the Constitution say?
Proposed 28th Amendment — Economic Freedom and Capital Market Modernization
Section 1. Congress shall have the power to regulate access to United States capital markets in order to promote economic growth, protect national security, and ensure transparency in financial activity.
Section 2. Congress may authorize participation in private securities offerings by non‑citizens, subject to such vetting, disclosure, and ownership limitations as it deems necessary to safeguard the national interest.
Section 3. Congress shall establish uniform standards for beneficial‑ownership reporting in private capital markets to prevent illicit finance and ensure accountability.
Section 4. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to limit Congress’s authority to enact reciprocal market‑access provisions or additional protections for American investors.

Narrowing the Wealth Gap,
My platform is built on transformative economic reform, innovative foreign policy, and a commitment to securing generational wealth for all Americans.
Economic & Financial Market Policy
A cornerstone of my platform is the democratization of our financial markets. Following years of advocacy, the SEC’s April 2026 decision to abolish the $25,000 minimum equity requirement for "pattern day traders" is a major victory. By lowering the barrier to entry for margin accounts to $2,000, we are providing a structural tool to bridge the wealth gap and empower all investors.Foreign Policy: The 100-Year World Peace Accords
To ensure global stability, I propose a century-long "stay of retribution" to freeze international hostilities, specifically regarding the Iran-Israel conflict. Furthermore, I propose a "War Permit" system to ensure formal authorization and deliberation before engaging in military conflict.Infrastructure & Border Policy
I advocate for the construction of a U.S.-Mexico Railway to provide a secure and structured route for legal entry. Central to this is the "Here in Commerce Act," which includes:
- Faster Visa Pathways: Streamlining processes to meet immediate economic demands.
- Legal Status for Workers: Providing legal status for immigrants contingent upon active participation in the U.S. economy.
- Focus on Commerce: Prioritizing economic contribution to allow productive individuals to operate legally within our borders.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
National Security
My administration will focus on shrinking the median wealth ratio through bold interventions:
- The 100-Year Trust Fund Act & NEST Program: In collaboration with the Heritage Foundation’s NEST initiative, we propose a $2,500 government-seeded investment for every eligible newborn to support future home ownership, education, and entrepreneurship.
I formally propose a $400 billion education bill designed to address critical funding gaps and wage disparities within the American school system.
This legislation focuses on providing essential educational resources and establishing a national minimum salary of $45,000 for paraprofessionals and $126,300 for experienced Teachers and $94,000 for new teachers.

My goal is clear. Creating and more importantly, protecting generation alpha's wealth by cordially negotiating with President Donald Trump for the 100 Year Trust Fund Act with no trading restrictions. This fundamentally narrows the wealth gap in America, particularly black America. Therefore, I will cordially negotiate with President Trump to achieve this for District 18 and the Nation.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
My first goal is to narrow the wealth gap in America. With this Trust Fund Act we can certainly narrow the wealth gap in America. District 18 could single handedly possess the most black millionaires in our nation, if we can successfully negotiate with Donald Trump for this key provision in securities law.Flood mitigation is critical to mainstream Houston's prominent infrastructure. I pledge to seek $10 Billion from President Donald Trump to create the best flood mitigation system ever created to improve Houston's flood mitigation system. We need a more reliable power source. The City of Chicago has successfully used nuclear energy to mitigate risk and save lives for decades, and In order for Houston to never lose power again in a freeze or a flood, Houston needs to do the same with a flood mitigation system powered with nuclear energy. We can achieve this. My plan would be to very specifically and similarly, like Chicago, build 6 reactors to power the greater Houston area. It is my intention to cordially negotiate this effort with our President Donald Trump. Together, we must create a flood mitigation system that dispels flood waters faster than they come in. I will request President Trump approve funding for $10 Billion for our Futuristic Flood Mitigation System Which will also ensure we never lose power in a freeze ever again in Houston just like the city of Chicago mitigates risk. Having a faster Visa pathway addresses the immigration issue. I will co sponsor the, "Here in Commerce Act", which is not necessarily citizenship but it does allow immigrants to work here in commerce; or essentially to operate here in commerce for a specified amount of time. This allows the productive individuals that are here in commerce to continue to pursue their American dream as legal status individuals operating in the United States in commerce only.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
The Historic 100 Year Trust Fund Act with no trading restrictions which, if passed, would singlehandedly create more millionaires in District 18 and the nation, essentially narrowing the wealth gap in America.
Both sitting representatives and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?
Learning how excited families are about establishing their 100 year trust fund with no trading restrictions and allowing generation alpha family members to trade for their trust fund is commonly how this is perceived. What should be emphasized, is how this will reshape America.
Remember, when voting that this 100 Year Trust Fund Act will reshape the black experience in America and don't forget how it will change the experience for those living at or below the poverty line.
This will single-handedly create change that will lead us into a new Age of American Wealth for generations to come.
Candidates hear many personal stories from voters. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching or memorable?
It's touching to know that people are so excited about the 100 Year Trust Fund Act with no trading restrictions. With this provision amended or abolished we can effectively empower generation alpha at the highest levels.
With this in place, District18 could one day possess more millionaires than ever recorded.

Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I support the 100 Year Trust Fund Act which focuses on the wealth of generation alpha. This generation will inherit the highest level of wealth known to mankind and we must come out of our comfort zone in district 18 to acheive this.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Narrowing the wealth gap in America with the 100 year trust fund and the abolshment of current day trading restrictions will allow the average american to trade from their trust fund and the highest levels in American history. We will need to establish a trustee certification process to ensure that the generation alpha trustees are appropriately prepared to handle the 100 year trust fund.Flood mitigation in Houston must be addressed. We will need a greater power source to remove flood waters faster than they come in. using nuclear power we can mitigate risk of freezing in cold weather and remove flood waters during severe weather/ Other cities like Chicago have used nuclear power to avoid outages during cold weather. With a futuristic water removal flood plan with the capability of dispelling flood waters faster than they rise. With this plan we can effectively mitigate flood risk.Building the wealth of Generation Alpha. I am committed to cordially working with President Donald Trump to negotiate for district 18 citizens to obtain their 100 year trust fund with no trade restrictions
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
The 100 year Trust Fund Act. We can end poverty in America by abolishing the current day trading restrictions imposed on most district 18 citizens and our nation. I plan to negotiate cordially with President Donald Trump to achieve this historic legislative accomplishment for Americans living at or below the poverty level and the middle class. To achieve this, District 18 must come out of its comfort zone in the voting booth. Together we can do this much needed revision and unlock the wealth much needed for those at the poverty level and the middle class in District 18.
What do you perceive to be the United States' greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?
Narrowing the wealth Gap. That's why we need the 100 year trust fund with no trading restrictions in committee review or signed by Executive Order by President Donald Trump. Generation Alpha will live up to their name as alpha generators with everyone now being trust fund kids. We will require a trustee certification process to ensure all generation alpha individuals are qualified to trade for the 100 year trust fund. This will change the number of individuals under the poverty line in District 18 and the nation. This can only be achieved if District 18 voters come out of their comfort zone and elect me to cordially negotiate this with President Donald Trump.
Candidates hear many personal stories from voters. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching or memorable?
Hearing how important building wealth for District 18 citizens has been a delight to hear. Knowing that our citizens are tired of waiting for change and are courageously allowing me to help. That has been very rewarding for me.
