Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

We will make life more affordable. Illinoisans feel stuck. Everything costs more and we are being asked to do more with less. Working families shouldn’t have to struggle just to get by. It’s time we did something to improve the cost of living in Illinois.

We will start by finally lowering property taxes, which are the highest in the country. We will balance the state’s budget, provide drivers relief at the pump, bring down energy costs, rein in unchecked data center growth, reduce healthcare costs, and build new affordable, quality housing while stabilizing the value of current housing.

This is how we make Illinois affordable—through real solutions that put everyday people first. We will get Illinois growing again. Illinois has massive potential. We’ve got incredibly talented, hard-working people, top-tier schools, and a mix of cultures you won’t find anywhere else. Plus, we’re a powerhouse for building and moving things across the country, and our farmers help feed the world. So why do we feel so stuck?

By making Illinois open for business, we will build a state where hard work pays off and every Illinoisan has the chance to get ahead. We will increase economic development by better supporting our current businesses and bringing in new ones, lower the cost of doing business by cutting unnecessary regulations, strengthen key Illinois industries, and stop increasing taxes and fees on our small businesses. We will reform our broken system. In Illinois, our broken political and government systems are grinding Illinois to a halt. Good people are trying their best, but the system itself is holding us back.

Instead of solving problems, our political system pits us against each other and rewards the most extreme voices instead of the smartest solutions. And our government system concentrates power in the hands of party bosses and special interests, forcing even well-intentioned lawmakers to play along or risk being pushed out.

As a result, too many good people have simply given up.

It’s time to put everyday Illinoisans back in charge. That’s why we are building a mainstream, Independent movement in Illinois.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Making life more affordable because working families shouldn’t have to struggle just to get by.

We’ll improve the cost of living in Illinois by finally lowering property taxes, holding state spending in check, providing relief at the pump, bringing down energy costs, reining in unchecked data center growth, reducing health care costs, and building new affordable, quality housing while stabilizing the value of current housing.

We will also make it a top priority to fix DCFS, which is failing our most vulnerable kids under JB Pritzker. Under the state’s care, more than 1,200 of our most vulnerable children have died and 3,000 seriously injured since 2018. We will bring accountability, competent management, and urgent action to the system.
