In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I'm an American Citizen. My family first moved to the States in the 1600s and most recently in 1924. I believe in the Constitution and the American way.
I have lived in Florida for the better part of 15 years. I have been self-employed for most of my life. I believe small businesses are essential to the economic foundation of a country's middle class and that the middle class is vital to a nation's prosperity, freedom and stability.
I believe that education and the access to it, at all levels, is essential, but I do not believe that we all have the same learning style nor should we.
I believe we, Americans, have been to giving to the rest of the world for too long when our resources and devotion needs to be turned inward so that we, as a country, can heal and flourish.
I believe monopolies are taking away the innovative and creative souls in our country and that the results will be devastating if we do not repair it immediately. Americans have a beautiful way of innovating and creating. We know we have a right to own our own businesses and to prosper from our own achievements. When tech firms and box stores attempt to smother us into mediocrity we suffer. It is time for us to stop suffering and to end monopolies. Each American is different. Some want to work for another. Some want to be self-employed. Those who wish to blaze their own trail should not have their Intellectual Property or ideas stolen from them.
I believe it is time to make things right.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Trade: It needs to be reciprocal and with our allies. We should not support countries that violate human rights or steal our Intellectual Property. We must put the lives of all humans and our citizens first.Gun Rights: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." We do not want to be in situation such as that in Venezuela or Hong Kong. Guns in the hands of the people is essential.Monopolistic Tech Companies: Once they are traded on Wall Street, these corporations (Google, Facebook, Apple, Twitter, etc) are no longer private companies. The fact that they are traded publicly makes them public companies. They are bound by the rules of our country, yet they are in ways that harm our financial and economic structure and continually violate our laws and constitution. Monopolies are illegal. We must protect innovation, creativity, the US economy, free enterprise, small businesses and entrepreneurs, and the structural foundations of business and innovation that make this country great.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Abortion: I believe in a woman's right to choose. It just needs to be done in the first trimester. Killing babies is not a viable or necessary option. With the advent of cheap pregnancy tests, the day after pill and contraceptive options, there is no reason we cannot protect both women rights and that of the unborn child.
Wall Street: Any company trading on Wall Street needs to offer the same full disclosure as American companies. If a company refuses to open its books then the SEC should not allow such a company to trade in the US markets. We must protect the integrity of our financial markets.
Education: Knowledge is power. We must focus on a solid education for each citizen.
Off-Shore Drilling: I am against it.
Wind and Solar: Should become an integral energy source allowing homeowners to go off-grid to protect against overloading the system and decreasing personal reliance upon electrical grids. The goal is to increase personal freedom and protection.
Health Care: It needs to benefit citizens over corporations and big business.
Opioid Crisis: We must continue to fix this devastating problem that has gripped so many through both street drugs and big pharma.
Fentanyl: If a country is targeting Americans with Fentanyl, that country has pitted itself against our country and our people. We must not support the economy of any country set out to destroy ours.
Visas for Tech Workers: The visa system has been abused. We need to hire Americans.
Who do you look up to? Whose example would you like to follow, and why?
I look up to Trump. He plows forward no matter the criticism. He is not afraid to take a stand and to do what is right and best for the United States. He takes very unfavorable positions which most people would not have the backbone to take. He cares about Americans first.
Our country had been losing itself and politicians were simply saying that was the way it would be...until Trump. His choices are sound and fearless. I would like to follow after his example because we need true Americans who are willing to fight for the health of our country and our people.
I like that he tweets. He needed a way to get his message to the people and he found one. If the media was not so corrupt, he would not have been forced to find an alternative. His approach was innovative and is effective. I respect that he found a solution. It is not a popularity contest. It is a job of running the country for the American people.
He consistently remembers why he is in office. I respect that he addressed corruption issues regarding Biden's son and the abuse of Biden for using his office for personal gain instead of for the betterment of our citizens. You must investigate, even if the person who is corrupt is running for President, not because he is running. The two scenarios are different.
The last thing we need is a President who sells our country out. Trump had an obligation to the people to look into the matter. I simply cannot understand how the Democratic Party could possible refuse to consider Biden's proven actions acceptable. It makes me wonder where Pelosi's $56M came from?
I appreciate that Trump is willing to fight for our country. I would like to follow that example and I believe that all true Americans feel the same way. We're Americans. We know how to fight and this is a challenge we are up for...because our country is worth it!
Is there a book, essay, film, or something else you would recommend to someone who wants to understand your political philosophy?
The US Constitution
What characteristics or principles are most important for an elected official?
Integrity. Loyalty to the United States and her citizens. Freedom. Capitalism. Honesty. Respect for the American way of life and American culture. The pursuit of happiness. Liberty. Justice.
What qualities do you possess that you believe would make you a successful officeholder?
I care deeply about this country. I am loyal to my country and the people of it. I have a strong understand of the problems we face relating to globalism, international trade, tech and monopolies.
What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?
To make and pass federal laws that improve the lives of Americans.
What is the first historical event that happened in your lifetime that you remember? How old were you at the time?
Iran Hostage Crisis.
Age 12.
What was your very first job? How long did you have it?
Age 12.
Sous chef.
Summer vacation.
What was the last song that got stuck in your head?
Mr. Bojangles
What qualities does the U.S. House of Representatives possess that makes it unique as an institution?
The House has the ability to make and pass federal laws.
A Republican majority has the ability to ensure we can continue to do what is best for our country. It shouldn't be that way, but the Democrats have lost their way and all sense of reality. The Democrats always believed in border protection until Trump came into office. Now, they threw their own party out to dry. At some point, both parties will again care about making and passing laws that protect and help Americans. Currently, the Democrats do not appear to be so inclined. It's a shame. This means that the Republican party must step up to ensure our country is protected.
Do you believe that it's beneficial for representatives to have previous experience in government or politics?
It depends on the representative. Trump has no political experience and it has served him well. He's able to move forward more directly because he's not tied down by political strings. The lack of familiarity within the system has allowed him to think differently which has benefited the American people, as well as other countries. HIs big business background has been beneficial.
My background is small business. We need people to stand up for the little guy, someone who understands how small businesses work both online and off; someone who understands that the health of our country is based on not just the survival of the middle class but its prosperity. The middle class and innovation cannot thrive without small businesses. They are the foundation of our economic structure and foundation.
What do you perceive to be the United States' greatest challenges as a nation over the next decade?
Ridding ourselves of the incessant socialist rhetoric that non-Americans have implemented into our system through tech devices, media and education.
We are not a socialist country. Yet, many parents were not aware that outside influences were teaching their children to be socialists.
Some of our children believed the lies about capitalism (Capitalism is not Greed. It is prosperity) and that American is bad. We are already in the process of fixing the problem and it should be back to normal within the next decade.
If you are not a current representative, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?
House Judicial Committee
House Science, Space, and Technology Committee
House Intelligence Committee
Small Business and Entrepreneurship
House Foreign Affairs Committee
Do you believe that two years is the right term length for representatives?
Of course, I do. I'm a Constitutionalist. I believe in the Constitution. It is the fundamental document by which our country is governed.
I'm guessing that this tech company, [the profile publisher], is not familiar with the US Constitution or the question would not have been asked unless you're part of the problematic people attempting a coup against the United States of American. I'd like to remind you that attempting to overthrow the US government is a treasonous offense.
If [the profile publisher] is not American-Owned, I'm not entirely sure it has the right to have this site since it could be construed as foreign interference with US political elections.
In case you haven't read the relevant US Constitution as it relates to US representatives, it is as follows:
The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.
Is there a particular representative, past or present, whom you want to model yourself after?
No. I'm good with being my own person.
Both sitting representatives and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you’ve heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?
Last election cycle, I spoke with over 26K people in my district one-on-one. I repeatedly heard how they (Republicans) were being prevented from being poll watchers. That the Supervisor of Elections in Broward County wouldn't get back to them and wouldn't take their calls. I also heard a lot of Dems and NPAs were trying to switch to the Republican party but the SOE was blocking them by ignoring their requests. It gave a false total of Dems, which one wonders was used for purposes of election fraud. A lot of people had been inactivated who were registered voters. I heard these same problems over-and-over again. I also experienced it myself. After at least three times of trying to update my voter information, I was in the SOE office speaking with one of employees about the problems so many in the district were having being able to get registered, change their registrations and becoming poll watchers/workers. I explained that, I too, was having the exact same problem. It was shortly after that that my info was finally updated. I'm guessing my info wouldn't have been updated if I wasn't a candidate. People are not as divided at tech and the media would have one think. Most are in the middle. Most have the same values as I do...because we're Americans.
The Constitution says that all bills for raising revenue must originate in the House. What role would this power play in your priorities if elected?
It's an essential aspect of the position. It's not something that a House Rep has a choice to set as a low priority. One of the most basic ways to increase revenue is by making tech companies pay taxes. That's a bill I would be happy to write, co-write or support. I'm fine with the recently reduced tax rate of 21% as long as any and all corporate welfare is eliminated. All too often the tax burden is placed on the people while corporations are spared from paying their fair share. That needs to end. It will greatly increase revenue.
I believe the Central bank needs to be dismantled. The US pays 2% on every dollar borrowed from the foreign and elite owned Central Bank. Most Americans thought the central back was US-owned. It was until 1914. We need to bring the Central Bank back into the Treasury where the US is not paying 2% on every dollar borrowed. That is a debt trap no one can ever get out of. By removing that debt trap, US revenue will increase.
The US government needs to stop participating in projects like the Paris Climate Accord which does nothing for the climate but rather funnels the billions of taxpayers dollars into the pockets of corrupt politicians and the elites. I care very much about the environment, but funding fake projects will never benefit or protect our environment. We also need to stop supporting and funding WHO, WTO and all the others that take advantage of our countries wealth while we, at home, as suffering heavy consequences in all aspects of life as a result. This change would greatly increase our revenue.
The US House needs to audit the FBI, CIA, Pentagon and every other government, NGO and contractor we give money to. The day before the Trade Towers fell, there was a report that came out that showed the Pentagon could not account for $23T. That's an awful lot of money...revenue.
Basically, the US House must do it's job by auditing and ensure money is coming and going in a responsible manner.
Campaign website
Scott's campaign website stated the following:
The United States and American Citizens First
If this isn’t the goal of any American politician, then one must ask whose side they are on. We must put Americans first. On a political level, it’s treason not to put one’s own country first.
Reciprocal Trade
Trade needs to be reciprocal and with our allies. We should not support countries that violate human rights or steal our Intellectual Property. We must put the lives of all people and our citizens first.
Border Security
Americans have the right to protect their borders. I support the completion of the wall and enough funding to ensure the wall is finished in an expedited manner. Florida must also address border security of sea and air. I support charging the home country of illegal immigrants for any costs incurred by the United States during that person’s stay in our country as well as the cost of returning them to their homeland and any other costs said person may have incurred while on our soil.
Wall Street
Any company trading on Wall Street needs to offer the same full disclosure as American companies. If a company refuses to open its books, this includes but is not limited to China, then the SEC should not allow such a company to trade in the US markets. We must protect the integrity of our financial markets. No country or corporation violating human rights should be allowed to list on Wall Street.
Education
Knowledge is power. We must focus on a solid education for each citizen of all ages. The teachings must not go against the equality of all, nor should it include hate speech. I’m against CRT.
Pro-Israel
Israel is an ally.
The US properly moved the embassy to Jerusalem.
Gun Rights
“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” We do not want to be in situation such as that in Venezuela or Hong Kong. Guns in the hands of the people is essential.
Off-Shore Drilling
I am against it.
Wind and Solar
Should become an integral energy source allowing homeowners to go off-grid to protect against overloading the system and decreasing personal reliance upon a public electrical grid. The goal is to increase personal freedom and protection.
Health Care
It needs to benefit citizens over corporations and big business.
American citizens should be able to choose their own doctor and health care plan.
Americans should not be charged higher rates for medicine than is charged in other countries.
CoronaVirus (AKA: China Virus or CCP Virus)
Due to the fact that China willfully chose not to inform the United States of the CoronoVirus and its severity, China caused a global pandemic which has caused much harm to our fine country. It would be appropriate for the US to charge China for what it costs the US to address the pandemic. The payment could be made with US stocks and bonds held by China, additional tariffs, a lump sum payment, etc.
Homeownership
One hopes it never happens again, but if our country were to face another real estate crisis, single family homes should not be bundled up and sold on the sly to corporations (such as Berkshire Hathaway). Those homes should be sold to American citizens on the open market. We absolutely must put our own citizens first. It was unjust and unfair to prevent American families from participating in a large chunk of the upturn. Instead, basically giving the homes to large corporations. Our middle class matters. We can’t achieve the American dream if our government allows big business and foreign entities to steal it from us!
Opioid Crisis
We must continue to fix this devastating problem that has gripped so many through both street drugs and big pharma. Those countries responsible for the drug trade must be held financially responsible for the devastation they have caused our people.
Fentanyl
If a country is targeting Americans with Fentanyl, that country has pitted itself against our country and our people. We must not support the economy of any country set out to destroy ours. Further, we should bill them for the cost burden it has put on our government (local, state and federal) and the families it has directly impacted.
Visas for Tech Workers
The visa system has been abused. We need to hire Americans for our most sought after and best paying tech jobs. There are plenty of Americans over 40 and American women who are well qualified but overlooked due to their age or sex. Hire Americans first. There is no shortage of qualified American tech workers.
Public School Bathrooms
Unisex bathrooms are dangerous for girls. No school that receives federal funds should allow unisex bathrooms instead of separate bathrooms for boys and girls, based on the sex of the child at birth. Girls rights matter, too! If a third bathroom is needed, so be it.
Immigration
We must respect the planet and the harm to our water and air supply that comes with over-population issues. Our country is not short on people. It’s time to balance the population with environmental concerns. Export excess people. Excess people are those that are in our country illegally. It is simply not sustainable.
Monopolistic Tech Companies
Once companies are traded on Wall Street, these corporations (Google, Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Twitter, etc.) are no longer private companies. The fact that they are traded publicly makes them public companies. They are bound by the rules of our country, specifically the SEC, which has oversight but has not enforced it against China and others. These public corporations operate in ways that harm our financial and economic structure and continually violate our laws and constitution. Monopolies are illegal. We must protect innovation, creativity, the US economy, free enterprise, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and the structural foundations of business and innovation that make this country great. I support the dismantling of monopolistic tech companies, particularly those that attempt to operate as a government in and of themselves.
Governmental Corruption
Enough is enough. Drain the Swamp!
The Federal Reserve
President Trump and others are right to question the US relationship with the Federal Reserve. It is not owned by the U.S. Government. It is a private entity. The U.S. pays 2% for each dollar lent by the Federal Reserve. As a nation, we must look at whether or not this is a rational decision in the best interest of the United States, or if it serves the interests of just a few, and whether or not those interests are in conflict with the interests of our citizens and national security.
The Wall
Before President Trump announced his pledge to build the wall, Democrats openly and commonly addressed the need for increased national security on the Southern Border. Putting politics before the welfare of our country might serve a few self-interested politicians and elites but it does not serve American citizens and does not secure our people. Any costs incurred by the US government in dealing with, retaining or returning an illegal immigrant to their homeland should be charged to the home country of the illegal immigrant. When there are no consequences for the illegal immigrants by their home country, cooperation from the home country in deterring the behavior is less likely.
Intellectual Property Theft
There is no rational justification to do business with a government or company that has, or has attempted, to steal intellectual property from the US government, US citizens, or US companies. This crime threatens US national security and our economic security. It must not go unpunished. It is time for the United States to charge countries for IP theft whether that theft is by their citizens or their government. Each country is responsible for the actions of their citizens.
Tax Tech Companies
A tech company is just like any other company and should be taxed accordingly. Initially, tech companies were not taxed as an incentive program to encourage e-commerce. That was 30+ years ago. It’s time to tax them. Those tax dollars are needed to support our infrastructure, education, military, small business growth and a multitude of other American needs. The tax dollars could also be used to pay down the deficit!
FISA Reform
For three letter agencies (CIA, DOJ, Etc) to feel entitled to spy on a candidate and/or president of the United States implies the agencies have a long history of using FISA warrants to spy on individuals who they have no right to surveil. Otherwise, these nefarious players would not have felt so at ease and bold about illegally surveilling a candidate and president. I would support a full investigation into who is being surveilled through the use of FISA warrants and the legality of the surveillance. If there is corruption within this department, it needs to be exposed and eliminated.
Homeland Manufacturing of Over-the-Counter and Prescription Drugs
The Coronavirus (AKA: CPC Virus) has brought to light that American drugs are made abroad with the overwhelming majority made in China. All over-the-counter and prescription drugs should be made in the US, by US companies and American employees to ensure the safety and accountability of the products. The safety of our drugs is a national health and security issue.
Accountability Regarding Illegal Drugs
The countries that have sent fentanyl, opioids and other illegal and highly addictive drugs to our country to be sold on the black market need to be held accountable. Our country can do this by charging the offending country for the cost of incarceration, rehab, etc accrued from the resulting use-to-abuse of these drugs This can happen through direct charges, sanctions, seizure of property and assets, and/or foreign debt owned in US dollars.
US Military Defense
Our military must be strong and prepared to defend our country and our people. Anything related to the defense and security of our nation must be manufactured at home by American Citizens. We cannot afford to share State defense secrets. We cannot afford to hire foreign nations when it comes to building our military and defense. This has proven itself over and over again as such defense efforts have been used against our people and State secrets continually stolen.
Elected Officials
Elected officials must serve the People, not special interests.
The only way to ensure politicians serve the People is to do away with Pacs, Super Pacs and lobbyists.
Election Fraud
Anyone who is not an American citizen and who is found to have voted in any government election, at any level, should be immediately deported for attempting to usurp our government. The home country should be billed the expense for returning their person(s) to their homeland and the home country should be charged for any damages done by their national resulting from their citizen’s election fraud against our fine nation. This can be implemented by direct payment of responsible country, lower imports from said country, higher tariffs, sanctions until paid in full, etc.
Campaign Finance Reform
No company that receives any amount of foreign funding, financing or is partially-owned by international players, including but not limited to stockholders, should be allowed to fund any electoral American campaign. Just because the money is harder to track with corporations doesn’t mean that fact can allow foreigners holding said corporation’s stock to participate in our elections. Therefore, every corporation should be mandated to file a complete list of all of its owners (shareholders) and those to whom it is indebted, including the names of the participants in any LLC which might hold ownership to ensure our elections are being funded only by American citizens. If it is too difficult or cumbersome for a corporation to identify each of its owners, then it must bow out of campaign funding. The choice is to supply all names or not participating in election financing. The choice is not that a corporation can fund campaigns because it’s difficult to find out who exactly owns the corporation. It is my understanding that Twitter’s 2nd largest owner is Saudi Arabi. Therefore, it would be foreign interference with our American elections if Twitter donated directly or indirectly to any campaign. In fact, one would imagine that all major publicly traded tech companies have international stockholders and therefore are ineligible to donate to campaigns directly or indirectly. Foreign interference with American political campaigns is illegal. Further, Corporations are not people. Corporations do not deserve the same rights to free speech as American Citizens. I do not support the Supreme Court’s decision in United Citizens. It is dangerous to the integrity of a fair American election process.
Obama Era Whistleblowers
These individuals deserve to be heard and protected.
Dismantling the Oligarchal Media
Re-instatement of media laws dismantled by President Clinton are necessary and appropriate. These laws protected the American people from media monopolies and propaganda. We must end the information warfare aimed against the American people by the media.
Energy Independence
The United States should be and remain energy independent.
Abortion Ban After the 12th Week
Second and third term abortions are not appropriate and must be banned unless the woman’s life is in danger. I believe the ‘day after’ pill could be available to all American women in all pharmacies (think CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Publix, etc), on a sliding scale, to ensure access. The goal would be to allow termination at the earliest possible date.
Veterans
Veterans should be able to pick their own health care providers instead of being limited to VA hospitals and doctors. It is better for veterans and would come at a lower cost to the government. Veterans deserve the freedom to choose their doctor without an additional health care plan or added cost.
Treason, Seditious Conspiracy, Advocating the Overthrow of Our Government, Etc.
Such individuals and/or countries should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Enough of the tyranny.
We are not now, never were and never will be a Socialist country!
We are the change we were looking for!
Americans United for the Survival, Recovery and Growth of Our Country![2]
