Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Christa Tichy is the first female licensed master electrician in the State of Maryland, and a longtime Montgomery County resident who is seeking election to the House of Delegates, District 19, to advance her unique platform focusing on labor, education, housing and other important issues facing her community.

Education/investment into vocational education and skilled workforce.Increase affordable housing.Support small businesses and working families.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

Labor rights including prevailing wage and collectively bargaining, safety in our schools, and protecting our seniors.
