Nocco's career experience includes working with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania public school police, the Fairfax County, Virginia police department and the Broward County, Virginia sheriff's department.[2][1] Nocco also worked for Marco Rubio during Rubio's tenure as a state representative. Nocco spent two years as Rubio's staff director and two years as his deputy chief of staff.[2]
