Chris Karr

Karr's professional experience included working as a business owner, accredited valuation analyst, and financial consultant. He received a B.S. in business economics from South Dakota State University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Dakota. He has also taught at the University of South Dakota as an adjunct instructor.[3]
