Perry graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1980 and earned his B.B.A. from Texas Tech in 1984.
Perry's professional experience includes working as a CPA who owns his own small firm, Charles Perry PC and land developer with Path, LLC.[1]
Perry is a member of the American Business Clubs (Downtown Chapter), the Boys and Girls Clubs, Community Partners, the Women’s Protective Service, the National Council on Family Violence, the National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline, and the Texas Council on Family Violence.
