In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I am a health care provider, community advocate and volunteer, wife, doggie mama and aspiring urban flower farmer who is tired of not feeling represented. I'm not running to play political games or follow a party script. I'm tired of leaders who don’t listen, don’t learn, and don’t show up.
I don't claim to have all the answers. What I do have is heart, humility, and a deep commitment to community engagement by learning from those in our district. We all want to feel valued, heard, and empowered, and I am ready to be a representative who honors that.
A community is judged by how it treats those who need help the most. I am running to be a representative for everyone! Not a party, not a faction, not a special interest.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Working families are being crushed by low wages, rising costs, and widening inequality. No one should work full-time and still struggle to survive when we can advocate for affordable housing, childcare support, and healthcare access.Communities deserve infrastructure that supports growth, safety, and opportunity.
We need real solutions—not political posturing. I will champion long-term investment in community infrastructure.Government should support people, not control their private lives or undermine public institutions.
Freedom means autonomy, respect, and opportunity for everyone.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Increasing health care access for all, affordability for working families, protecting vulnerable populations, mental health initiatives
