My name is Brian Lawson. I am the Incumbent Republican candidate for the South Carolina House 30 seat. For the last twenty two years, I have resided in the Chesnee area of Cherokee County. I have been married for twenty two years and have two children. I am a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church, where I have serve as a deacon, and have served as a RA leader. I was employed as the Director of Operations at American TransMed, Inc. for the over nineteen years. I have also been the Controller for Shiflett Holdings, Inc. for the past four years. I will continue to use a commonsense approach, stick to my Christian values, and I will work tirelessly to continue being the voice for House District 30. Some of my platform, which has not changed, includes supporting first responders, supporting veterans, supporting education, and supporting better roads. The issues that I have heard repeatedly while out talking with the residents of House District 30 include making our roads better, strengthening our infrastructure, being able to put more of our hard earned money back in our own pockets, and having less government and more freedom. I promise to go back to Columbia and get with my collogues who I have built relationships with over the last four years in office and I will go back to work to tackle these issues.
