Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
For twenty years, I proudly served our nation in the United States Navy. During that time I served as an Aircraft Mechanic (AM), a Flight Engineer (AWF), and an Intelligence Specialist (IS). Each role carried different responsibilities, but they all demanded discipline, integrity, and a commitment to serving something greater than myself.
While serving in the Navy, I became a Motorcycle Safety Foundation RiderCoach, helping new riders develop the skills and confidence to ride safely. I continued coaching for a short time after retiring from military service in 2018.
After retirement, I chose to dedicate my time to raising my children and giving back to my community. I coached Little League baseball, studied culinary arts at the Art Institute of Tampa, and continue pursuing new knowledge as I work toward an Associate of Science in Firearms Technology through Sonoran Desert Institute.
I'm running for Congress because I believe government exists to serve the American people—not the other way around. My goal isn't to grow government. My goal is to restore constitutional government, protect individual liberty, and return power to the people.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
The Constitution is not a suggestion—it is the supreme law of the land and the foundation of our republic. Every vote I cast in Congress will begin with one question: Is it constitutional? For too long, Washington has expanded beyond the powers granted to it, creating agencies, regulations, and mandates that reach far beyond the federal government's intended role. I believe government exists to protect the God-given rights of the people, not to manage every aspect of their lives. Restoring constitutional government means limiting federal power, respecting the separation of powers, defending the Bill of Rights, and returning responsibilities to the states and the people whenever the Constitution requires it.America cannot continue spending money it does not have. Reckless federal spending, trillion-dollar deficits, and an ever-growing national debt threaten our economic future and place an unfair burden on our children and grandchildren. Inflation is not an accident—it is a consequence of irresponsible fiscal policy that makes every dollar Americans earn worth less. I will support policies that reduce unnecessary spending, eliminate waste, work toward a balanced budget, and restore accountability for taxpayer dollars. Government should live within its means just as American families and small businesses do, ensuring a stronger and more prosperous future for the next generation.Freedom is not a privilege granted by government—it is an inherent right. I believe every American should be free to make their own choices, keep more of what they earn, speak freely, defend themselves, and pursue their own opportunities without unnecessary government interference. Washington has grown too comfortable telling citizens how to live instead of protecting their rights. I will oppose policies that expand federal control over everyday life and support those that empower individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and local communities. Government should serve the people, remain accountable to the people, and never lose sight of the fact that its only legitimate authority comes from the consent of the governed.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I am most passionate about protecting the Constitution, restoring fiscal responsibility, and defending individual liberty because those principles affect every other public policy issue. As a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and I believe that oath did not expire when I retired. I am equally passionate about ensuring our children inherit a stronger country than the one we are preparing to leave them today. That means reducing our national debt, holding government accountable, protecting the rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, supporting veterans, and returning power from Washington back to the American people, where it belongs.
