Brent is a sixth-generation Greenville, Texas resident. He is married with five children. He graduated from Greenville Christian School, Texas A&M-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University. He owns Money Law & Title and has served on the Greenville City Council.

Brent is a bold, Christian conservative Republican with a reputation and record of conservative leadership.Brent's governing philosophy is empowering families and individuals, while limiting the size and scope of government.The purpose of government is to protect the weak and restrain evil.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
Border Security - A nation without borders cannot survive.
Property Taxes - We should not have to rent our property from the government.
Life - Every human being is endowed by the Creator with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, from conception until natural death.
Guns - The right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to the cause of liberty and cannot be compromised.
Education - I support universal parental choice in education. The current top-down, one-size-fits-all approach to education isn't working and isn't right. We need to empower parents and local school boards instead of state bureaucrats and interest groups.
