Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I am not a professional politician and have no desire to be one. I do, however, love the founding principles of this country and am deeply concerned about its current state and where it and the world are headed.
There are many issues I would address, but the underlying problem with most of them is socialism – not just the particularly virulent form that is currently spreading within the Democrat Party, but ALL socialism, which has been infecting our country for decades.
Socialists use the guilt of good people against them to implement socialist measures. “How can the richest country in the world allow X?” But, each incremental change harms the economy just a little bit, making thousands worse off while helping a celebrated and highly visible few. That is why no matter how many programs we create to help people, an even greater number of people end up in need than before.
That is not a bug to the socialists, it is a feature.
Socialism is a parasite feeding off a host, and as the host becomes sicker, the socialists blame the host for the misery the socialists, themselves, created. Once the host dies, the socialists step up the destruction to keep the people poor, weak and dependent.
Many, many people are now so desperate they are willing to consider radical change. The socialists offer just that. But, the answer is not to abandon the American experiment of freedom and self-government, it is to DOUBLE DOWN on it! I would spearhead the effort to eliminate socialism.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
The Declaration of Independence is the most anti-socialist, libertarian document ever written. Fortunately, the Constitution, which exists to enforce it, is on our side: socialism is ILLEGAL. I will introduce legislation enforcing the Constitution to ELIMINATE socialism in the US.
Socialism violates the Contract and Republican Form of Government clauses of the Constitution, as well as various clauses of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, in addition to the Ninth and Tenth. Socialism is a violent attack on Civil Rights. I would expand or create legislation parallel to 42 USC 1983, the act that empowers citizens to fight violations of their Civil Rights, and a Civil Rights Agency to use it to help citizens suffering under socialist policy.Socialism at the federal level lives largely in the administrative agencies. They do perform many critical functions, but those functions can be done more cheaply and effectively by the private sector. As they are, they give the federal government awesome, unaccountable power, and produce monumental waste and wealth destruction. They depend on the companies they regulate for expertise, so produce regulations that serve the interests of big, wealthy companies at the expense of smaller ones and the people.
The good news, though, is that they are also UNCONSTITUTIONAL. They clearly violate the separation of powers that forms the basis of the Constitution. I will privatize the critical functions of administrative agencies and eliminate them.Another reason people are struggling financially is inflation. I would end inflation by reintroducing the gold standard, or pegging the dollar to bitcoin. Inflation transfers wealth from the poorest to the most politically connected. It is caused by the government printing dollars, and the people they pay with those new, inflated dollars happily use them to buy goods at the old prices, while the people furthest from the trickle-down end up paying higher prices while they wait for their wages to catch up. If the government can’t create new dollars, inflation ends. This would also end the recent government attempts to impose Central Bank Digital Currency, which would give them the power to cut you off from your own money whenever they please.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I am passionate about the right to be free from harassment by government. That means the right to use your own money to better your own life or however else you see fit; the right to seek or provide education, medical care or anything else of your choice without government regulation, competition or interference; the right to procure and retain the means to fulfill your duty to defend yourself, your family, your community and your country; and the right to speak, print, worship, assemble, run your business, and do anything else you wish to improve your life and the lives of your family, friends and community, so long as you do not interfere with the rights of others to do the same. I would make us a society everyone can be proud of again.
