Bill Rhiley, as of February 2020, lives in Wellington, Kansas. Rhiley earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and business education. He also earned a master's degree in special education. Rhiley’s career experience includes working as a publisher with the Belle Plaine News/Oxford Register Newspapers and as a teacher for "business, computer, and special education classes."
