Benjamin M. Bowden (Republican Party) (also known as Ben) is a judge of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. He assumed office on May 21, 2025. His current term ends on January 18, 2027.

Bowden (Republican Party) is running for re-election for judge of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals. He is on the ballot in the general election on November 3, 2026. The Republican primary for this office on May 19, 2026, was canceled.

Governor of Alabama Kay Ivey (R) appointed Bowden to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals on May 21, 2025 to replace Bill Lewis (R).[1]
