Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
Antonio Wilson is a businessman, builder, father, and community leader who believes Louisiana’s 5th Congressional District is ready for a new era of growth, opportunity, and accountable leadership.
A product of Madison Parish, Antonio understands both the challenges and the potential of the communities that make up the 5th Congressional District. His roots in Northeast Louisiana have shaped his belief that where a person lives should never determine the quality of their education, healthcare, infrastructure, or economic opportunities.
Antonio has dedicated years to education and professional development. After completing his education in the Madison Parish school system, he pursued undergraduate studies, earned an MBA, and continued his graduate education through the doctoral level. His education, combined with real-world business experience, has prepared him to approach government with discipline, accountability, and a focus on results.
As a business owner and general contractor, Antonio knows what it means to build something from the ground up. He understands budgets, deadlines, workforce development, job creation, project management, and the responsibility that comes with signing the front of a paycheck. He believes Washington needs more leaders who understand what it takes to actually build, manage, and deliver.
That experience is at the heart of his campaign for Congress.

Main points: improve roads and bridges, modernize aging water and sewer systems, expand reliable broadband, address drainage and flooding, and pursue federal infrastructure funding for rural communities.Invest in People and the District’s Future
Main points: improve access to healthcare, strengthen public education and career/technical training, support farmers and working families, and promote accountable government that brings federal resources back to communities across the 5th District.
