Angel Pena (Democratic Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent New Mexico's 2nd Congressional District. He was disqualified from the Democratic primary scheduled on June 5, 2018.
According to Las Cruces Sun News, Peña was disqualified after he failed to reach the required number of signatures.[1]
