Background

Andrew Rice earned a B.A. in economics and business from the Virginia Military Institute in 2009 and a law degree from the Regent University School of Law in 2012. His career experience includes working as a prosecutor and deputy commonwealth attorney. Rice has served as the president of the Virginia Beach Bar Association and has been affiliated with the Fraternal Order of Police. He has also been appointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) to serve on the board of the Department of Juvenile Justice. Rice has received the following awards:[1][2]
