In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
Healthcare | Education | Infrastructure
I am a lifelong community servant and dedicated professional. Born and raised in Sunbury, PA (Northumberland County), I later moved to Danville (Montour County) to pursue a career in healthcare and social work.
I founded and continue to lead a small local nonprofit youth action group that began during my senior year at Shikellamy High School. In addition, I volunteer with multiple community service organizations throughout the Susquehanna Valley. Professionally, I work in Social Work Care Management at Geisinger and hold multiple certifications in Graphic Communications, Healthcare, and ServSafe Food Service Management.
I currently serve as Chair of the Montour County Democratic Committee (2022–2026) and as the elected Auditor for Mahoning Township, Danville (2025–2027). These roles allow me to advocate for transparency, accountability, and strong public services at the local level.
Most importantly, I am a mother and a role model to three incredible children, ranging in age from 13 to 21. They inspire my commitment to building stronger communities and expanding opportunity for future generations.
I hold deep rural Pennsylvania values and believe that everyone deserves access to the American Dream—something generations of Americans have worked hard to build over the past 250 years. (Happy 250th, America!)
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and to greet our many supporters. #Amber4Healthcare #Amber4Education #Amber4PA
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
We must be healthy to learn, work, and contribute to our communities. Healthcare should never be a privilege reserved for the wealthy. Research shows that preventive care and support for our most at‑risk neighbors are the most effective and affordable ways to protect public health.
Access to vaccines, maternity care, preventive services, infectious disease treatment, mental health care, and medical research saves lives and strengthens our economy. These are basic responsibilities of a society that values people over profit.
We owe future Americans a safer, healthier world than the one we inherited.Repairing the American education system at both the state and federal levels is essential. Local school districts face declining funding, teacher shortages, and low morale, all of which directly harm student success. Vocational and agricultural programs—vital pathways to skilled, well‑paying jobs—remain ignored and underserved, especially in rural communities. At the same time, higher education is dismissed as a scam while the federal government profits from student loan interest. America also loses economic strength as international students leave, taking tourism and revenue with them. We must invest in American students through strong legislation, responsible funding, and real educational freedom.Pennsylvania has protected more farmland than any other state and leads the nation in farmers under age 35. We owe it to our agricultural heritage—and our future—to demand strict oversight of industrial rezoning and development. Once farmland is converted to industrial use, it cannot be restored. Do we want Pennsylvania known as an AI data‑center hub, or as a national leader in agriculture and natural resources? Should we fund Amazon warehouses over new homes and safer roads?
It is time for the Pennsylvania legislature to pass a budget that protects our land, our people, and the future of the 108th District.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
•Healthcare, Education, and Infrastructure as the foundation of the American Dream
•Removing money from politics to restore trust and accountability
•Reforming the tax code to strengthen the middle class
•Investing in our future at home instead of endless wars abroad
•Restoring morality, transparency, and accountability in government at every level
Thank you for the opportunity to connect with voters and residents of our district.
