In their own words
Who are you? Tell us about yourself.
I am an attorney, business executive, educator, and community leader running to represent Minnesota House District 32A because I believe public service is about solving problems and expanding opportunity for everyone.
Professionally, I serve as Vice President of Legal for a growing technology company, where I help businesses navigate complex legal, technology, and artificial intelligence issues. I also teach contract law, mentor future attorneys, and have spent my career helping organizations make thoughtful, practical decisions.
My husband and I live in Blaine with our family, and I care deeply about building a community where people can afford to live, raise a family, start a business, and retire with dignity. I believe government works best when it is transparent, accountable, and focused on improving people's everyday lives.
Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?
Affordability isn't a political slogan—it's the challenge facing nearly every family. Whether it's housing, healthcare, childcare, groceries, or property taxes, too many Minnesotans are working harder while falling further behind. I will focus on practical solutions that lower costs, strengthen our economy, and make it easier for families to build financial security.Strong communities are built on stability. That means investing in excellent public schools, safe neighborhoods, reliable infrastructure, and protecting the rights and freedoms that allow every person to participate fully in our democracy. Government should provide certainty, solve problems, and earn the public's trust through transparency and accountability.Opportunity should not depend on your ZIP code or your background. Throughout my career, I've worked to open doors for others—as an attorney, educator, mentor, and business leader. I want Minnesota to remain a place where hard work creates opportunity, small businesses can succeed, workers are valued, and every child has the chance to reach their full potential.
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?
I am most passionate about policies that improve people's everyday lives. My priorities include making Minnesota more affordable by addressing the cost of housing, healthcare, and childcare; strengthening public education and workforce development; protecting civil rights and reproductive freedom; supporting workers and small businesses through responsible economic policy; improving transportation and infrastructure, including Highway 65; and ensuring government uses technology responsibly while protecting privacy. I believe good policy should be practical, evidence-based, fiscally responsible, and focused on creating opportunity for future generations.
