I am a 35yr old U.S. Navy Veteran and Graduate of St. John's University and King's College London, UK. I created a New Age Multi-theistic Religion called Omnigion in 2020 and I desire for the truth to finally be told about the reality of God, Satan, and Non-terrestrial or Extraterrestrial Beings. I envision a future earth whereby 100% of earth people are believers in God and when all the states, nations, and kingdoms of the earth unite to form a United Earth Republic.

Mr. Alix C. Toulme Jr. was born in Queens, New York in 1987. Alix spent his childhood in Tampa Bay, Florida and was educated at all Hillsborough County Schools. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2006 at the age of 19 and was stationed onboard the USS Carl Vinson or CVN70 until he was honorably discharged in 2010. Mr. A.C. Toulme Jr. is the proud recipient of the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, and the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon. Alix holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Theology and Religious Studies from St. John’s University in Queens, New York (2012) and a Master’s of Arts Degree in Ethical Leadership from King’s College London (2015) in the UK. He has studied at Navy College

He has in the past run for public office: in 2016 for the Hillsborough County School Board, and in 2018 and 2020 for the U.S. Congress to promote C4FC Global Inc. and extraterrestrial disclosure but withdrew from all three races early.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

We must take steps and actions to end the illegal, systemic, and unconstitutional secrecy regarding UFOs/UAPs and extraterrestrial life, contact, and intelligence.If elected in 2024 I will initiate first contact, or the first open, public, and official diplomatic meeting between mankind and benevolent extraterrestrial ambassadors.We must take action to end the gun violence in the United States by passing new and innovative gun control legislation and by implementing a National Code of Ethics.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

The areas of public policy that I am most passionate about are Gun Control, Official Denial, and Campaign Finance. I believe we should pass legislation that mandates all citizens to undergo specialized training and/or education (i.e. legal certification) to be able to purchase, own, and operate firearms and other controlled weapons. I also believe we should task the FBI and DARPA to declassify new age self-defense weapons that possess multi-functionality enabling them to tase, stun, or immobilize instead of using deadly force. In regards to Official Denial, I firmly believe the US should finally end its policy of High-Level Secrecy regarding UFOs/UAPs and the existence of extraterrestrial or non-terrestrial beings. Our Democracy was founded on the basis of freedom and the free-exchange of information and we must stop the lies and deceit and finally tell the American people the unfiltered truth about UAPs. Lastly, I am most passionate about Campaign Finance, we must create an online national candidate database, or democracy.gov or uscandidate.gov to showcase all of the qualified candidates running for public office in the United States. In the US, elections cost big money and politicians pander to the public for billions of dollars each year. If we do more to promote and showcase politicians and their platforms we could be saving the American taxpayer millions if not billions of dollars each year in political contributions.
