Campaign websiteGuzmán Fralick's campaign website stated the following:On the Issues That Matter to UsEnding Child ExploitationProtecting Nevada’s children must be our highest priority. As Attorney General, Adriana will aggressively prosecute predators who traffic, exploit, or abuse children, ensuring they face the maximum penalties under the law.Her office will work closely with law enforcement, schools, and parents to strengthen prevention efforts and crack down on online predators who target kids through social media and technology. She will also expand resources for victims and their families, helping them recover and break free from the cycle of exploitation. Nevada must be the safest state in the nation to raise a child, and Adriana will not rest until that is a reality.Helping Domestic Violence VictimsNo one should have to live in fear in their own home. As Attorney General, Adriana will prioritize the protection of domestic violence victims by ensuring stronger enforcement of restraining orders and swift prosecution of abusers. Her office will partner with local shelters, victim advocates, and law enforcement to expand access to resources that help survivors rebuild their lives. She will also work to improve training for police and prosecutors so they can better identify, respond to, and prevent domestic violence. Nevada families deserve safety, dignity, and justice — and Adriana will fight every day to make sure they get it.Backing the BlueOur law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day to keep Nevada communities safe, and they deserve an Attorney General’s full support. As Attorney General, Adriana will stand shoulder to shoulder with police and sheriffs across the state to ensure they have the resources, training, and legal backing they need to do their jobs effectively. Nevada must put an end to the dangerous anti-police rhetoric that undermines public safety and emboldens criminals. Adriana’s office will make it clear: Nevada will always support those who wear the badge with honor and protect our families. Fighting for Tougher SentencingNevada’s justice system should protect victims and communities — not criminals. Unfortunately, AB 236, passed in 2019, weakened our laws by lowering penalties for serious crimes and raising the felony theft threshold above even California’s.That means someone can steal $1,200 and face only a misdemeanor. These changes have limited prosecutors, undermined law enforcement, and made our neighborhoods less safe. Adriana will work to roll back the failed provisions of AB 236 and restore strong sentencing laws that hold violent criminals, drug traffickers, and repeat offenders fully accountable. Justice in Nevada must be firm, fair, and focused on public safety above all else.Stopping Sanctuary CitiesNevada cannot afford to become a haven for criminals who break our immigration laws. Sanctuary policies tie the hands of law enforcement and put communities at risk by protecting dangerous offenders from deportation.Adriana stands with Governor Joe Lombardo and President Donald J. Trump in opposing sanctuary cities and will ensure Nevada never adopts these reckless policies. Local authorities must be free to work with federal immigration officials to keep dangerous criminals off our streets. Our state must always stand for the rule of law and put the safety of Nevadans first.Improving School SafetyEvery parent deserves the peace of mind that their child is safe at school. Sadly, the rise of school shootings and violent threats has made safety a growing concern for all of us.Adriana will work with law enforcement, educators, and parents to strengthen security measures, increase coordination in responding to threats, and make sure warning signs are never ignored. She believes Nevada must also take aggressive action to keep fentanyl and other dangerous drugs away from our schools. Classrooms should be places of learning and growth — not fear and tragedy.Cracking Down on DrugsAmerica is facing a deadly drug crisis, with fentanyl and other dangerous substances destroying lives and families at an alarming rate.Yet in 2019, AB 236 weakened our laws by allowing traffickers to carry nearly 100 grams of fentanyl or other Schedule I or II drugs and face as little as two years behind bars. Traffickers and dealers must face the full force of the law to stop this epidemic from spreading. Nevada must do more to bring these traffickers to justice, not give them a free pass. Adriana will ensure law enforcement has the resources and authority needed to dismantle drug networks, target major suppliers, and keep communities safe. Prevention programs will also be strengthened to keep drugs out of schools and support recovery for those struggling with addiction. Nevada cannot afford to be soft on drugs — our families’ safety depends on action.Increasing Government TransparencyNevadans deserve openness from their leaders, but too often they get the opposite. In the Attorney General’s office, it can take a year to receive public records. In the legislature, lawmakers have exempted themselves from the very transparency and open meeting laws that apply to everyone else. That sends the wrong message — that they are above accountability. As Attorney General, Adriana will run the most open office in the state and fight to make sure the legislature follows the same rules it expects from every agency. As a former legal counsel to several state agencies, Adriana was responsible for open meeting, ethics, and public records laws, so she knows how essential they are to keeping public officials honest.Securing Our ElectionsNevadans deserve the safest and most secure elections. Adriana will ensure that no illegal immigrants are registered to vote and will prosecute any cases of voter fraud.Working with our legislature, Adriana will seek the passage of the SAVE Nevada Act. This legislation would mirror President Trump’s SAVE America Act and would:Have all ballots counted on election day,Remove all non-citizens from our voter rolls,Enact safeguards in the voter registration process to prevent illegals from ever being registered again,Eliminate automatic voter registration, andEnd universal mail-in ballots.— Adriana Guzmán Fralick's campaign website (September 13, 2026)Note: This text is quoted verbatim from the original source.
