Description: While canvassing Broward County voters for the Obama campaign, many of us spoke with voters who had "already cast their ballots over the phone." Apparently they had been called and told that they had the option of casting their votes on the phone with the caller, and now that they had done so, had no need to go to the polls on election day. We gently informed them that this was not possible, gave them the number of the local registrar, and reported the incident to the authorities.
